Welcome to Beverly Hills Wine Tours owned and operated by Wine Life 2 Live LLC.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These general conditions of contract govern the contractual relationship between you, traveler, and Beverly Hills Wine Tours in respect of guided tours organized by BHWT. A contract is concluded once Beverly Hills Wine Tours have accepted a booking you have made in writing (via the internet or e-mail) or by phone.
By submitting your payment to join Beverly Hills Wine Tours (BHWT), you are agreeing to comply with the following Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1.0 RESERVATION POLICY:
1.1 Reservations are based on availability, which is why BHWT ask that all tours be made at least 72 hours in advance.
1.2 Reservation requires 100% of the total tour cost to secure your place on the tour. Deposits are not accepted. Payments may only be made by credit or debit cards at the time of booking.
1.3 In the occurrence of non-payment, BHWT will not guarantee a reserved spot on the tour and reserve the right to cancel the booking. Due to unforeseen circumstance, BHWT reserves the right to change prices without notice in response to tax changes, additional costs or other operational reasons until and unless a tour is paid in full.
1.4 Private tours are organized for up to a maximum of 12 guests. Please note that regular tours may book over one or two spaces to accommodate last minute request and VIP guests.
1.5 Any reservations requiring special attention due to disability while on the Beverly Hills Wine Tours MUST be reported at the time of reservation or booking. BHWT will do our best to accommodate the special needs of disabled traveler(s) but is not responsible in the event if we are unable to do so nor take responsibility for any denial of services by suppliers, merchants, hotels, carriers, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. BHWT cannot provide special individual assistance to guests for walking, traveling from one venue to the next, or other personal needs. We strongly recommend a qualified and physically capable companion to accompany disable guest who requires special assistance.
2.0 CANCELLATION POLICY:
2.1 BHWT ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled tour due to traffic delays, accidents, and other circumstances beyond our control.
2.2 All tours will start on time. In the event of late arrivals up to 15 minutes, please call our receptionist (323) 364-3494 to be guided on where to proceed to meet up with your tour group. If the traveler(s) arrives 30 minutes after the start of the tour, BHWT reserves the right to make no refund and reserves the right to accept full payment for the scheduled tour.
2.3 For your protection and ours, ALL cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail and acknowledged by BHWT. Since we require 100% deposit before the tour, all refunds and cancellation of tours will be instructed as followed:
- Cancellations up to 30 days or before the booked tour date will receive a full refund of the 100% tour cost minus a $25 cancellation fee. A full refund of the 100% deposit amount (minus the $25 cancellation fee) will be refunded to the same credit card used in original booking.
- Cancellations after 30 days or less prior to the booked tour date will receive a 50% refund for the 100% tour cost minus a $25 cancellation fee. A 50% refund of the 100% deposit amount (minus the $25 cancellation fee) will be refunded to the same credit card used in original booking.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours or less prior to the booked tour date will not be refunded for the 100% tour cost and BHWT reserves the right to levy a $25 cancellation fee.
- No Shows forfeit their 100% tour cost and BHWT reserves the right to levy a $25 cancellation fee.
2.4 In any event, if the reserved number(s) of booked travelers does not meet or match the scheduled itinerary on the date of the tour, BHWT will not alter the remaining cost due for the booked tour(s) already calculated.
2.5 Due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as merchants closing for private events, kitchen fires, and other interrupted services Beverly Hills Wine Tours reserves the right to alter the tours program. BHWT will do all it can to offer alternative arrangements of equally satisfactory experience.
2.6 Beverly Hills Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel or reject any tour participant and to remove any guests whose conduct is inappropriate or incompatible with the interest of other guests, the public, suppliers, tour guide or staff. BHWT reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of tour arrangements due to unacceptable behavior.
2.7 Beverly Hills Wine Tours are entitled to cancel tours without notice in case of force majeure (e.g. earthquakes, natural catastrophes, heat waves, unrest, strikes) or in the event of government action, accidents, technical mechanical failures, illness, etc. Amounts already paid to BHWT will be reimbursed, however, no compensation or company expenses will be paid for given inconvenience.
3.0 PURCHASING TERMS:
3.1 Legal Requirements: You must be 21 years of age or older, to join the tour and receive alcoholic beverages from Beverly Hills Wine Tours. By placing your order online, you represent to us that you are consenting that the person attending the wine tour is at least 21 years of age. The individual receiving the tour will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
(1) ACCORDING TO THE SURGEON GENERAL, WOMEN SHOULD NOT DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING PREGNANCY BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF BIRTH DEFECTS
(2) CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IMPAIRS YOUR ABILITY TO DRIVE A CAR OR OPERATE MACHINERY AND MAY CAUSE HEALTH PROBLEMS
4.0 TAX POLICY:
4.1 Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the purchase of the tour. Please note that online pricing quotes do include tax and booking fees. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes and booking fees calculated at the time of checkout.
5.1 Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site.
5.2 When you visit www.beverlyhillswinetours.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system you are using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site so that we can make their booking experience better.
5.3 We also collect personal information about you when you check out such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and book your tour.
5.4 Sharing of personal information – We don’t do it: Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or websites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails, then we use your email for that purpose but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
5.5 Protecting Your Information: All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
6.0 NEWSLETTER OPT-OUT:
6.1 If you have chosen to take advantage and receive special discounts and exclusive offering by opting into our newsletter or marketing e-mails, awesome! If you decide to opt out, we will respect your wishes and unsubscribe you from our database.
7.1 Beverly Hills Wine Tours co-ordinate and arrange variable amounts of services of sub-contractors and vendors before, during and after a tour. This includes marketing platforms, restaurants, hotels, tour providers, B2B platforms, activity providers, and other touring attractions visited. Any and all persons or companies engaged in conducting such support services are NOT employees of Beverly Hills Wine Tours or its owner Wine Life 2 Live.
7.2 Therefore, Beverly Hills Wine Tours and its operating owner Wine Life 2 Live assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss or accident, loss or damage of personal property, stolen or theft of personal items or property, delays, inconveniences, expenses of any kind or injury to the person(s) traveling on the tour.
7.3 Beverly Hills Wine Tours is not responsible for the default or negligence caused by any person or company engaged in providing any service for and during the tour, or by any lateness or service interruption due to illness, mechanical accidents, acts of force majeure (e.g. earthquakes, natural catastrophes, heat waves, unrest, strikes), weather or other events beyond our control.
7.4 Beverly Hills Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour when circumstances demand or require. Beverly Hills Wine Tours assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or accident, loss or damage of personal property, stolen or theft of personal items or property, delays, inconveniences, expenses of any kind or injury to the person(s) traveling on the tour.
